Consider Toyo Open County AT3’s. I put em on my 4runnner after a set of DuraTracs. I really like them.

Check FB in your area for someone that has taken off their stock Goodyear tires. They’re a good looking tire and should be cheaper than buying new. This is an example but is more expensive because of the wheels.

For your use I also vote for yoko G015's
I have been a duratrac fan for a long time and don't hesitate to recommend them but for pretty much entirely street use the noise will be annoying as they wear. The G015 is a great HT/AT we use them on our work trucks with great results.
Another aspect you will want to watch is the casing or load rating. Sticking to an SL tire will help keep your fuel economy in check as the tire will be much lighter.
To make it look more agressive going up one size 265/70r17 or 265/75r16 can help aswell without compromising on the tread pattern tht is better suited to your use but will add some weight. Changing a wheel offset down the road will help aswell.

That’s a great looking rig. I second the 265/75/16 recommendation. That’s the size I’ve been running for the last ~50k miles and I think it’s a perfect utilitarian size for these trucks. I do a ton of driving so I can’t justify going with a huge tire that looks cool. When my current tire wears out I will probably get another 265/75/16 or maybe go with the 255/85/16 Wildpeak AT4W. Right now I have the General Grabber ATX.

For a Sport, which has 17s, I would recommend the Toyo Open Country ATIIIs in either 265/65R17 or 265/70R17.

I have had the following ATs to compare with and I rank them in this order:

    Toyo ATIII
    General Grabber A/Tx
    BFG KO2
    Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac
    Hankook Dynapro ATM
    Falken Wildpeaks

The Toyos don't exactly "look aggressive," but they are one of the most road friendly ATs out there.

Here is 265/65R17 (stock size for a Sport). You could easily step up to 265/70R17 if you wanted it to be slightly larger but for primarily road use on a stock truck, I don't really see much reason to.

Thanks, I miss that basic set up some days. With the cost of fuel sky rocketing again I regularly debate reverting back to little to no lift and smaller tires even though I don't daily it these days.

They all do the same thing, and they all suck equally as much if you don't rotate them often. Pick a flavor and go my friend. If the biggest criteria to meet is "looks aggressive", pick whichever one you like the looks of the best. If an expectation of 30k miles is all you're shooting for, any of those tires can easily do that, so there's no notable "performance" differences that would be of value to you. As for loudness, hate to break it to you, but AT's are louder than your normal street tires. There's no ifs ands or buts about it. The aggressive look comes from the knobby tread patterns. Knobby treads yield louder tires. The more aggressive it looks, the louder it is, generally speaking. Your expectations seem low, so just pick the ones you like.

Wow Rubitreks on #1 and Wildpeak was also mentioned. Are these All Terrain tires ride quiet like a regular car tire at highway speed?

It is just a really old picture lots has changed since then. But that set up treated me really well and some days I think I went to far. Then I go outside and look at it again and realize I'm being dumb.
Simple stock friendly set up to 17x9 +1 wheels 265/70r17 SL duratrac

I’ve been running 255/80/17 Wildpeaks for last 3 years and will definitely buy them
Again. Love the 33x10 size and weight.

Thank you very much. That really sucks because the road noise may not be bearable for my taste. I will look for clips online to see how much decibels those Falkens do.

Duratracs look great and they’re great in snow and off road. They are also really loud and cost you MPG. I love them. IMG_2054.jpg
