yeah man both sets were 12.50s the only difference is the tread depth. They are both cheap brands. The old ones were suretrac wide climber at and these new ones are radar renegade all terrains. Both 12.50

Only things I’ve changed since my old tires were new were…

took off 3 inch level kit and replaced with 3 inch suspension kit
And I recently changed bad lower control arms with some cheap ass Amazon lower control arms.

    Better start tire shopping

Really though, a lift doesn't change the size tire you can run. When you stated that there was little rubbing on the old setup I'm guessing it's because your suspension isn't being fully cycled. A 285/75/16 on 16x8 -0 will rub without a cab mount chop or modification to the suspension to move the lower control arm mounts (JD Fab for example). Your setup is even more likely to rub due to tire size and offset.

The lift doesn't change the size of the wheel well so no rubbing just means you're not using the wheel travel. To even have a chance to fit you need to max out caster which I'm guessing the shop didn't or can't do.

the best that I could. Wouldn’t the alignment shop adjust them where they should be?

You'd think so, but most chain shops will just adjust toe and send you on your way.

Did your alignment person max out the LCA adjuster and then fine tune the UCA to get the desired numbers? When I was researching my lift and what tires to run I recall everyone recommending that the LCA adjuster be maxed out so the tire + wheel was as far forward in the wheel well as possible, then having the alignment tech tweak the adjustments on the UCA adjusters.

You may want to check that your LCA adjusters are as far as they can go forward (front bumper -- away from the cab). That is the only thing I can think up. Anyone else know someone running 33 x 12.50s on TW that has real world exp? Tag em.

I feel like that’s what they did. I called them to see if they could get it better and the guy was like I didn’t really look at it that good and I was like wtf

So these are the pics of the lca cams and they look like they haven’t been touched since I put them on. One of them still has the grease on it so there’s no way they put a wrench on it

Shoot for 3+ on the caster...0-0-3 are the targets for the alignment tech.

He won’t get these on factory ucas and the 3” lift. Op needs ucas and a good alignment guy. The guys he took it to set toe and rolled it out.

For sure. I assumed UCAs were happening based on post #9.

Definitely getting uca’s. I still think adjusting the lca’s will help. I literally installed them and rolled the cams until the numbers were straight up. Torqued the bolts and drove it to the alignment shop under the assumption they would adjust them right

Yes, they'll need to adjust the LCA to get those numbers.

Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
    OP, are you from Hawaii?
Have you tried smaller tires and not 20” wheels?
There is maybe one thread on here you can search, “what’s the biggest tire I can fit?” somewhere in this forum. Just search.
    Good luck and aloha mahalo

I’m from North Carolina. And no I have been riding in 20s with 33s for 4 years with no issues. The rubbing literally started after new tires and new lca’s
