If they don't get the steering geometry right on the new suspension parts(tie rod length and location), you get bad bumpsteer. High offset wheels and high caster can make it worse.

+18 offset and a 1.5" spacer are equivalent to -19 offset. I wouldn't expect much, if any change.

I got 3 times align, the last one was better but not fix the problem 100%.
I hope put my new tires tomorrow no wheel spacer and a little smaller and align service.
    I wish the problem gone!

The upper control arm geometry looks fucked up. Should be closer to parallel with the tie rod and lca.

The only thing I can really see that may stand out is it looks like you still have stock Upper Control Arms. My guess is during a dip you have no more up travel and it bending the spindle outward. I'm also wondering how much travel you have in those Fox's since you have a 5+ lift.

Are the tires wearing evenly? Find a off-road shop that knows what they are doing with suspensions and ask them to give yours a once over operationaly and from a safety perspective. Probably a good idea for any who buys someone elses work (professional, shade tree or idiot) on critical systems like that before driving normally/storming down the freeway @ 85MP/needing to do a full emergency stop/taking a long tight outside curve on a mountain pass with no guard rail/ etc. I wouldnt put myself, my family or fellow drivers at risk without making sure the system and vehicle operate properly.

the off-road shop said everything look good a couple months ago. They told me maybe we need to start to change parts (upper control arm, lower) and see what happen.

    the tires don’t wearing evenly!

Welcome to the world of expensive regrettable ideas.

Ditch the lift and put stock tires on and you'll be fine. Otherwise... $$$$$$$
