I'm throwing on some 275-70-18 Cooper Discoverer STT's. Just put in the order. I'll throw up photos when I get them on. Anyone else running 33"s with an ARB and 3" EMU?

Not yet. I haven't taken them out on a real trail run yet (just up th hill north of my house), but if they do rub I'll need to take the bump off my mud flaps.
I stuffed them as far as I could with a bottle jack under the LCA and it looks like it wont be a problem. At full lock.

Any plans to throw on an ARB or All-Pro?

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Take my advice and stay away from these tires, had them on my CJ5 and it only weighs 2600lbs and they only were good for about a year. After that the tread was worn enough to the point that they did not grip on ice and snow worth a shit, and did I mention that they started to weathercheck also? Kept them aired up and everything too. If they cant handle a light little Jeep, I wouldnt dare to put them on a 5400lb Tacoma.

    5400lb Tacoma?
My armored v6 access cab weighed 4900 with me in it and a full tank of gas. My 03 xtra cab 4cyl lifted/armored weighs in about 4000 with me in it.

Also, he already ran them on his truck.

And give a 2nd Gen a wider stance
I measured them when I did the swap out.
    1st Gen TRDs 4.5" BS
    Stock Steelies 5" BS
2nd Gen TRDs 5.5" BS (according to the wheel specs thread)
Unless you are offering to buy we are both going to have to wait.

Thats interesting. Might be able to run 285's without UCA rub on those in that case

1st time with the new Duratracs in the snow, we just got a foot here in RI and wow these are great, really didn't need 4wd but it was more fun w/4wd, the things just tear up the snow! My first set of good agressive tires, they make a huge difference, stoked!
