Found an interesting looking new tire....

To me they look like a combination of a Nitto trail grappler and an old MTR, with a new MTR kevlar look-alike sidewall.

I like those mud hogs, too. The Fuzions used to have a nice lookin sidewall, nice lookin tires & a 40k mile guarantee or tires were replaced...

    Hello All;
I am running General AT2's on my '07 Taco 4x4 and have had good luck with them.
Our 4x4 Ford F-350 PSD dually with a cab over camper (a heavy load) is in need of new rubber. I have run BFG AT's on it so far but they are getting expensive.
Has anyone had any experience with the General AT2's on a heavy load truck?
    Thanks for the input.
    Happy Trails,
    Skip

Man I've just got to say that after only one day of driving on them, I love my Geolander ATS! They ride great and are just as quiet as the stock Dunlops. They look great too. I'll try to get some better pics up soon but I have to say this because I thought when I saw pics of the tires they were ok. But in person they look great. I have yet to see a pic that does them justice. I've driven less than 100 miles on them but so far a big

Here is a better pic for anyone considering the Geolanders.

SO.....I'm going to order a set of HANKOOK DYNAPRO 315/70 17's

dumb question but - does anyone know if this size comes with the white letters? Some sizes of the RT03 do, some don't.

Just wondering if any of the folks who have recently moved to the Hankook DynaPro's and had good things to say initially are still feeling this way after some time of driving on them.

I'm about two weeks away from moving from my Geolanders p265/70r16 to the DynaPro p265/75 r16. Just wanted to confirm my own suspicions that these tires are the shizzle. Mainly highway travel and light offroad for me.

Are the Duratracs a comparable option to the Dynapros?

Dynapros are GREAT tires. My buddy is a manager at a tire store and he sells the Dynapro's and runs 38's on his truck. Said they are the best tires he's ran.

I was getting the Dynapros but switched last minute to the Fierce tires and the reason is -
    1) i'm getting them $150 cheaper than the Dynapro's
    2) the Fierce tires are siped
    3) Fierce got better reviews than the Dynapros.

I pulled the trigger on those and will be installing them today.

But DYNAPROS ARE AN AMAZING TIRE!!!!!!!!

I have 40k on my dynapros and they are still going strong. In fact I punctured a sidewall on one of them and the other three still had so much tread left, even at 40k, that I just bought 1 new tire and threw it on.

And durtracs are a bit of a different animal than dynapros. Duractracs are little more of a AT/MT hybrid, while dynapros are simply an AT. Duratracs won't last quite as long as the dynapros on-road, but they will perform a little better off-road.

Thats good to hear. I'm pulling the lever on them in about week or two. Wanted to make sure they were still good down the road so to speak. Can't wait to get them on.

Best price I'm seeing in Atlanta right now is at Discount Tires ($155 per). Looks like the damage will be $754.06 out the door.
