Now let me ask this. My truck came stock with 225s with a 4.10 gearing. Is that going to be a problem running 31s on a 4.10? Were they a lower gear with stock 31s? I have an auto v6 btw

You should be good to go with 31's on 4.10 gears. That was a stock ratio for that tire size.

Do you have 225's on there now?

Someone upgraded to a 235, but I just got 31s on. They look great. Now just have to fix my speedo

Hey it appears that the goodyear authority isn't actually an approved goodyear product. It looks like they're made specifically for Walmart and aren't up to goodyear a standards for a tire. They're decently priced and I think I want them, does anyone have any experience with them though?

Just got some 31/10.5/15 goodyear authority's! Reviews from this site convinced me it's a good tire for the price. Updates to come!

They are nice! As soon as I got them on I hit some local woods(that is nothing but sugar sand)lol. Traction was greatly improved and that was at 40 psi. I checked it tonight cause they felt like they rode hard and the dang walmart techs had me at 40 psi. You really gotta watch some of them. They don't balance well. I have a lot of weight on a couple of the tires. Pics to come

Sorry I haven't put some pics up, just been a little busy. I'll try to get some pics up soon. At the moment I'm considered going back to walmart and complaining about these tires. I have a pull to the right and after I got an alignment it's still there. The shop said it's probably a tire problem, and one of the front tires does have a rediculous amount of weight on the rim. I also checked the date code and they were manufactured in 2012. So they sold me 2 year old tires as new
