Do a little searching in the tire and suspension sections. There's hundreds of threads asking the same questions.

Custom front bumper and rock sliders, glasspack muffler, shorten exhuast, abs killswitch, roof light bar, rear e locker.
Front bilstein shocks and add a leaf. If your stock rims are 17s, they should fit.

You didn't post nearly enough info. What do you plan on doing with the truck? What model of truck do you have?

X2..I'm pretty sure that tire size will be not only difficult to find with limited selections, but its too wide for stock rims. On top of that, you will need 1.25" wheel spacers ,some trimming and a 3 in lift. Look into 285/70/17. Those red grabbers look cool but there are better all around tires and cheaper than those. You just can't drop on question like that and think you're going to get an answer. This has been asked thousand times, and the answer is always the same. Do some research. This site has hundreds or writeups on any combonation of lift kit; shocks, coils, leafs, and tires.

Do some reading, and come back with a more inteligent thought out question.

But to directly answer your question with the greatest advice nobody here seemed to give me:

Get your ass out to some meets!
Go out and meet us in person and see our rigs before you get the idea in your head you gotta build it up before you can enjoy it.
Come see some long travel guys, give em some beer and get a ride in an LT truck.
Check out the mid travel guys, (like me)
Take a ride & see how it handles. Then check out the block lift guys and you'll find out real quick what the best answer to this question is.

If you want 285/75's, understand you're about to cut and weld your frame. Check out my build page and for the love of god why would you insult a 30,000$ truck with a "lift kit" that costs less than two of your payments.
