I’m not familiar with tires so what does a speed rating of “T” mean?

I literally just bought from that Amazon deal about 2-3 weeks ago, but at the time it was only discounted $52 bucks on each tire! I wish I could have gotten it at this price lol. They've been fantastic so far!

They are slightly louder than the stock tires and I have only lost about 1.5 mpg since installing them.

would be nice to have in E rating but the wildpeaks are a popping ass tire. They are legit if u like them and want them

Mine have done great and showing no wear at 13k miles so far. But I'm in E load rating (no idea if that affects anything)

A "T" speed rating recommends not going over 118 MPH on these tires. This shouldn't be a problem, you wouldn't have gotten a Tacoma if you were trying to go fast :bikewheelie:

Wow... 97... great deal on an Off Road tire..
at least half price of the KO2 BfGoodrich

I used Falken on a tundra 2002 2WD, no complaints.

Later I got Tacoma 4WD on 2016 with:
    245/75/R16
Keller Safari off road E load GoodYear tires
On 08/08/19 i changed the 2 front tires due to nail close to edge on one of the Kellers ( DOT 2014 year)

2 Cooper HD tires placed at the front..... wow.... what a difference!!!!
Day and night ....the smooth ride and less noise on cooper is wow....

Looking forward to get rid of the 2014 Kellers and replace them for 2 cooper or 2 Michelin Defender....
whenever the credit card allow me :spending:

Since I don't go off road , the thing with E load is heavy ... like 48 lbs per tire, and any OFF ROAD tire gets bumpy and \or bad gas mileage.....then I rather lightness , better MPG , comfort, smooth and silent driving on highways ....:hattip:

Always check the DOT (date of manufacture )... any tire with 6 to 10 years old should be replaced regardless of how they looks.

Just like lift kits that are half the price (or less) than other lifts, there's generally a good reason they are that much cheaper.

One reason they are cheap is that's a C rated tire, vs. the E rated BFGs. Falken is also generally considered a "budget" tire brand, vs. the "performance" BFGs.

If you're going for an off-road specific tire, skip the thin wall C rated road tires, and get yourself some E's. Thicker side walls are more durable, handle low pressure better, and are less prone to fold over on side hills.
