There is prolly a trillon and 1 threads on here about this but I will ask it for my own good.

I have a Black 2010 Sport. I just got it tinted and Im prolly gonna go with black wheels at some point.

Do you guys like the black badges or no badges at all on a black truck? Im leaning towards taking it all off and going naked.

I was also thinking about removing the TRD Sport stickers from the rearend... Any opinions?

Yeah thats what Im not sure of. I feel as if debadge is starting to get played out. But it does look badass on a black truck.

BTW your rig is killer. Like the wheels alot!

I like a debadged tailgate but Tacoma badges on the doors.

I was talking to my buddy who has a black Taco and he is thinking about painting them white. It's different but could be sick looking.

Even though I haven't gotten around to it yet, I actually like the opposite, debadge the doors, but not the tailgate. :)
I think the tailgate looks kinda dime-store cheap without any tags on it.
Ah well, that's why we all love our own trucks I guess.

Do any of the badges on the doors and the liftgate have posts/rivets/screws?
I've got a new 2010 and I'd like to do it.

I was thinking that I was the only one who thought that would look good. I love the doors debadged, but for some reason the tailgate looks too bland without the badges.

I left the doors, left the stickers, but took everything off of the tailgate except for the TACOMA badge.

Are there any badges that are screwed on, have rivets, or have posts in them? I'd like to debadge the lift gate and sides.

None at all. I Debadged my TRD stickers by peeling them off in the hot az sun. The rest was a simple blow dryer (my wifes...not mine...) and some floss. Be carefull as you don't want to ding up the paint. Got all mine done in less than an hour...and I was taking my time.

No... Its just double sided tape holding them on. If you have a newer truck you can just use fishing line to take them off. I use 30lb test and then just rolled off the tape residue with my fingers. Then wiped it down with a little Goo Gone and your done.
