Thanks for your help everyone! I pulled the trigger and installed a lift. I went with the Bilstein 5100’s with stock springs on the 4th notch. In the back I put an Icon 1.5” add a leaf and 5100 shocks. I also changed the tires to 265/70/17 Sumitomo Encounter AT. I am loving it! It keeps close to the original rake but adds the perfect amount of lift for me. I think the ride improved, slightly stiffer but not uncomfortable.

It took me around 6-7 hours to install everything. The only issue I ran into was the bracket for the brake cable in the back doesn’t mount up to the Icon add a leafs well. I ended up making a temporary new bracket until I have time to make something better.

I know I should be posting pictures, and I will, but it has been snowing/ melting here for three weeks now. It’s been so sloppy here, my truck is an absolute disaster. I promise I will post a picture when I can.

Still all in my head… but I’m keeping the chrome bumper!
What’s your rig’s setup? Lift/tire & wheel size. Those are one of my favorite wheels. Looks solid!

Good looking OP and DIY success.
You will get some settling over the weeks, so keep measurements of your corners to track it and note any differing constant weights.

TRD intake, skid plate, cat back exhaust and short throw shifter. Bilstein 5100 leveling front and 5100 shocks rear. 32” Falken WP AT4W tires on Gen 3 wheels.
5100 leveling up front. 5100 rear shocks with 1/2” lift block and 265/75-16 Wildpeak AT4’s on Gen 3 wheels got me this look. Firm but not harsh ride. Lost 1 MPG.

I lifted my truck and never looked back. Leaning towards doing it the future. Creates a whole different truck, worth it.
