does anyone have any suggestions for lifting a 2wd 2009 reg cab.
i love the stance of a Tacoma with offroad tires and lift kit but am not sure how to proceed to purchase a kit. I have an awesome mechanic who is willing to install what ever I buy but I am on my own until I have the product in my hands.
I have read some horror stories regarding lift issues and am very worried about messing up my only ride that I count on, on a daily basis.
she flies like a bird right now (with everything stock) but I hate the look of the stock wheels and tires and i off-road in the summer months.
I could just go with 235/75/15's,Pro Comp rock crawler 15x7's (4.5" back space) with no mods (please correct me if I am wrong).
but I don't how much this will change the stance of my truck?
i was told a leveling kit might be what I need but the truck looks pretty darn level as stock. ( it is a stock 4x2 so I don't know if i need to level)?
