just took about 8 inches off my front ones today, i know that sounds like a lot but the front ones look so awful hanging down that far w/o a large lift. I had the front ones removed the past two months but after wiping off fresh tar/paint off of my white taco for the 4th time this summer (ton of road work) i decided to put them back on and trim. Will probably take an inch or two of the rear ones as well

OFF - just something to get pinched and snatched when your on the trail.....getting the whole wheel well plastic liner snatched out isn't cool.

I took all mine off. Though if I frequently drove any gravel dirt roads I'd put the rears back on. The BFG A/Ts love to throw rocks.

Kinda considering getting some soft mud flaps for the rear. Probably wont though.

The mud flaps would be fine if the wheels weren't so bad. You gotta take the flaps off.

I'd like to take my front ones off.....I'm not wheeling this tacoma. Strictly daily driver and pavement.

What could I put down on my quarter panels to protect the paint better? The front flaps are hideous looking.
