Fist things first I have 2 tacomas. Bought the green one when I was 16 (90k)miles and bought the blue one at 20. I’m salary so I can’t make any more than I already do. I owe 10.5k on the blue one and I’m debating on selling one of the two or both. Give me opinions. Green has 150k and is built/maintained out the ass and blue has 89k miles

Sell one of them. Your choice. Consolidate. It's hard to justify 2 trucks when you can only drive one at a time.

At least you're military. The benefits alone can create a wonderful post service life if used smartly. You're obviously young enough to do it right.

Sell your dept., cut cost on insurance. 2 gen Tacomas are @ $ pinnacle. Stash the cash for coming housing bubble (think 2008)... youll be thankful you did. You can get a fire sell on additional vehicles later as the vehicle $ drop catches up to 2 gen Toyota

I think you need to think about how you use your trucks, and how you might use them over the next couple of years. For my purposes, I'd sell the single cab RWD truck. I need the storage space of the extra cab for tools and find the single cab seats to be pretty uncomfortable since you can't lean back very far.

You could sell the green one to pay off the blue one if you like the blue one better? The blue one is 4WD and you never know of the military will transfer you someplace where it snows. How do you owe money on a vehicle that is over 20 years old? I didn't even think a bank would finance something that old...

How long have you had the blue one, and how old is it?

Which will be more reliable for the next several years, you think? (Also, what's the timeline for paying off the $10k loan? Interest rate?)

What's each one worth (market price), and what's each one worth to you?

Without knowing any of the answers above, I'd lean towards keeping the blue one. Newer and 4x4 (presumably), fewer miles, and ext. cab. You must have bought it for a reason, is it an upgrade from the green one?

It may be tempting to offload the car loan, but you'll have to do the math and see if it makes sense to keep. At some point the green one will need replacing, and will you get a better deal on a newer teuck than you have on the blue one?

As suggested above I’d sell the green one to pay off the car note on the blue one. Sentimental value aside, the extra cab 4x4 is arguably more practical if you go to only 1 truck. You honestly might even get more $ for the single cab people want them like crazy these days as a “fun” vehicle.

You must have a favorite. But were it me I would keep the blue b/c of the lower mileage, cap and extra cab. All around more useful and vesatile.

    hi,.
I am looking to buy a truck before my semester starts at college. I am interested in both of your trucks so it's up to you to decide which one you want to keep. Please feel free to message me. I live in CA. Thank you.
