Wheel spacers or no? What are the pros and cons?

What are you wanting them for? A wider stance? Depends on your tire size too. It increases wheel bearing wear from what I hear. But with stockish tires, shouldn't be as much of an issue, I would think. theres really no 'pros' unless you're having clearance issues that would be remedied by using spacers. Only cons are the increased wear with bigger tires. I've got 33 12.5 on 15x10's. Had to do the pinch weld mod. Gonna get some spacers eventually. Right now I have 1/4" spacers/washers in the front that aren't bolt on and discount tire won't service it. But they will with bolt ons. The po did that to clear the rims he put on. I since put longer studs in as well, just to retain a safe ride, as there was barely any thread grab on the lugs. Even had two studs that were stripped. Tard... And the backspace isn't that great I think is why. So when I get bolt ons, they'll be the thinnest I can get. As my tires are already wide as it is. And they weigh a bit too. So I'm expecting a little bit of premature wear on wheel bearings. I really don't know. I'm also worried about rubbing on the pinch weld again as it'll be spacing the tire out more, possibly making it rub again.

So again, depends on tire size (and wheels). Bigger you go the more 'cons' you'll run into. Otherwise, they're just fine in most cases. Just stick with a smaller size spacer and you should be good. But even with stockish tires and huge spacers, that might be a concern as well. That's my theory anyways.

Just got new Goodyear Wrangler duratracs and want to show them off a bit with some stance. They are stock sized with no lift.

I think you're fine then. No worries with that setup I think.

Do you think there will be any rub?

Good tires! So just go n small with like a 1.25 spacer. Just make sure to buy the spidertrax.
