i text with my 2 hands and steer with my ummm third member

 

I found a cure for texting while driving . I call 911 and tell them there is car all over the road and give the lic plate and stay with them till the police stop them. I only do this went I see the person cross over the line too many times.......I bet they don't do that again ..or will they

 

That's a great idea man!

 

I cant text and drive..To many morons on the road around here to have to worry about texting.

 

For REAL!! I'm too busy dodging all the drunks and texters! LOL!!

 

That's interesting about getting off the ticket, but how is that any different then getting caught for going through a stop sign, illegal turn, speeding etc?

It's still your word against the cops, and it's my experience the police usually win.

We don't have a lot of that here in FL but we have too many drivers in their 80's or so, so it's kinda scary....

i don’t text. i may look to see who it’s from but i don’t even open the text for that.. if a friend is with me and i get a text i hand them the phone. only like 2 friends i do that with.

Siri is the answer...

Wrong! Just kidding- First thing I thought when I started using Siri is kids will now say they can text while driving because they have Siri and don't have to type...

 

I use voice text.

Yeah. Don't do it. I was resting at a red light. It turned green, I started to accelerate slowly while finishing my text an two cars in front if me, some one braked, causing the the car in front of me to brake and I slid right in to his bumper. He also happened to be a sherrif.

Agree, I've been run off the road once by a mental midget texting and driving.

because they saw you go through the stop sign they can see you with the phone but depending on where you are. in colorado it is legal to use your phone while driving just not to text so if you went to court and said i was dialing not texting how could they prove that wrong. that said i DO NOT text while im driving. ill read one at a red light but i dont text while i drive im not a huge fan of texting anyway if you really need to get a hold of me call me!

 

I don't text while driving, no way dude, I only email
