I had downloaded the Tacoma manual in the zipped form. Had it stored on my computer for use as needed. I found an App called Pocket Scanner for the iPhone. It allows wireless transfer of files to and from your computer. You can make folders and store them in there or transfer them at will. I decided to upload my entire Tacoma folder I have on my computer. It was 1.3 GB in size. The App handled it just fine and uploaded it to my Tacoma folder on my iPhone. Then the program does zip and unzip and the program also displays HTML pages, the same format the manual is in. I now have my complete Tacoma repair and wiring manual on my iPhone for reference at any time. It doesn't get much handier than that. :)

    Screen shots to follow later.

Hmm not a bad idea... where did you find get the zip from though, through Toyota or other.. 'means'. I wouldn't mind throwing that on my Droid, along with the full tech service manual :D

Get the App from the iTunes store, Pocket Scanner, the Document one as there are two named close to the same. One is for business cards. Learn to use it, it will connect to a browser window wirelessly on the same network. Make a folder in the Pocket App program called Tacoma Manual and once you have the file transferred to the .pdf document section just copy the zipped file to the folder named Tacoma Manual. Press edit and highlight the file and press "Zip" and it asks if you want to unzip it, answer yes. Takes a few minutes but then you have the files/folders unzipped and clicking on the "Index" file starts the manual. :) PS. Youcan also start the manual by pressing on LOCAL FILES and then pressing REPAIR or WIRING. When you go back it does not go all the way back out.
