Today could have been my last day.

    Long story short, it's raining and I was sliding sideways fishtailing across the freeway, the truck was beeping, lights were flashing, cars were coming towards me from all directions, there were grinding sounds and then I heard a "bam".

    That was the sound of me landing back on four tires.

    Did not get hit, did not cause any accidents, lucky it was not during peak time but at 140pm.

    I think my babytruck saved me.

    The rest of the ride home all I can think about was how I could have really gotten hurt, how my family would have reacted should I not come home, how whatever my truck has that made it beep helped me to recover and how technology today has brought me home safe. That really scared the heck out of me. I was shaking all the way home.

    Thank you babytruck. Thank you Toyota.

    I'm glad I didn't buy that yellow Jeep Wrangler.

    First off, glad to hear you and everybody else is ok.

    Secondly, what went wrong? What did you learn? We could all probably learn from everybody else's mistakes. This is common among the m/c community. If there was a close call, it helps everybody to be open and honest about what went wrong and what could have been done differently to avoid the incident.
