Post up an ad on craigslist lost pets for that area ASAP. Your flyers will help. Someone will find him. Stay positive.

I'm doing my best. Just posted this in every single business' facebook page along route 395, hopefully somebody will go there to get a phone number and see it. Posted in local craigslist, called local radio station and they agreed to put out a few free lost pet ads a day for him, and tomorrow I'll be going door to door.

Currently looking to rent a thermal or IR imaging camera or goggle set. If you have any info on that sort of thing, please let me know.

Here is the flyer in case you live in CA. I asked all my friends to share, just in case somebody is heading up or down the state for the holiday weekend and happens upon him.

Jay, what do you do? Thanks for your help, either way.

Flyers are up, I took all his home belongings and placed them in an old shed behind the cafe where he left us. Placed his litterbox, food dish, water bowl, and his favorite blankets and toys. I even ripped all the fabric from a chair in my living room that he always slept in and took it to use as bedding for his carrier which I also left there.

Placed flyers all over town and spoke again with neighbors, left flyers at all the local business and post office, and all 6 vets within 100 miles. I narrowed a facebook search to look for profiles of people listed as living in Olancha, and e-mailed all 120 of them (population 137) with the flyer attached and just asked them to keep some food out and be on the lookout for him.

I think we've done everything a human can possibly do...I'm confident in him. He's a strong cat, he was raised with confidence and skill, never lazy, and always hungry. I'm just waiting for the day I get that call...Work week begins tomorrow so that may help get my mind off things.

RAMSEY WAS SPOTTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg...you guys, he's healthy and OK. He walked into somebody's house, and he picked him up and said he was fine, went to get water and food for him, and he jumped out the window again. But just knowing he's alive, and well.....such a relief. He was literally 200ft from where we lost him.

The owner of the house he walked into did not know he was a missing cat, but knew he was a pet since his harness was still on. I posted flyers at the post-office, and wouldn't ya know it. The owner went in today to pick up his mail, saw the poster, and called me.

Heading up there tonight to find him again. I have so much more confidence. I knew all this hard work would pay off!!! :D :D :D :) :) :)

I really hope you find him, man. Same thing happened to my cat, except it was my lame ass roommate who let him out. He never came home. We live in the city so chances are someone scooped him up. I always think I see him when I'm driving around my area

That cat is a dang tease!! LOL! So glad that he came into that house. At least you know he's alive and he is not skittish of strangers. Maybe he will go back to them since they had water!!

    you may hate this idea.

if you got some time to be out there for a bit and rented some of those cages that trap the animal inside when they go in for the food.

if you get him you wont have to worry about him jumping out a window.

    just a thought.
