Cops don't respond to this type of shit with rubber bullets, that's a crowd control issue not a dude going crazy issue.

 

The only sad thing was the people filming it and there reaction. It speaks volumes about how little our society values life. I have killed people and have made jokes or cheered while doing so, but to see an average american with no combat experience act that way is alarming.

Might seem like overkill but if that guy connected once, there could be enough force to kill the officer. I'm no cop but they get paid to make split second, life changing decisions. Both of those cops will live with that for the rest of their lives. That is something I don't think I could do for a profession and I applaud those that do! These guys have families they want to go home to, I wouldn't mess around, you shoot to eliminate the threat, center body mass.

There are a number of cops on TW I would love to hear their opinion...

 

We have no way of seeing how close the perp was to the actual officer. Why have a dog there if he is not going to be used? Use pepperspray, use the dog. realize that the kid is on drugs or something and needs help, yell scream demand make noises distract him then slam his ass on the ground and cuff him. There were like eight officers within 2 feet of the kid.. Just a damn shame. Piss poor training and a trigger happy officer. When the officer fires his weapon he is holding the trigger and releasing all the rounds, not just one or two.

 

Grow up. How was that murder. He took immediate action to protect his partner. The amount of rounds was complety acceptable. Fire aimed shots until the threat ceases. You live in la la land bro if you think that was inappropriate . Hell a robber deserves ti be killed just for robbing

Thats insane. Really tho, you had to shoot him 7 times. wow guna be huge news. He didnt kill anyone, they didnt have to kill him, just imobilize him. One would have done the trick. why do they have dogs and not use them, that would have dealt with it. The officer was trigger happy, went too far.

Thats crazy how he's laying on the ground but still has handcuffs on and still no ambulance yet. wow is all i have to say
