    Not all the time. In Canada there was a guy acting irrational, throwing around chairs after being held by airport security for 6 hours. Didnt speak any english. 4 cops came in and tasered the guy. He ended up diying and all the cops got fired. Ended up costing millions in cases and hearings. No cop ever shoots his gun here, taser is used as a last resort.

    Theres probably going to be a even more expensive lawsuit coming out of this for over use of force. Will def be a interesting case.
