    that's what I was thinking

and as far as the idiots laughing, I would guess it was an involuntery reaction to the tension of the situation.... or they're just complete jackholes.

Well justified shooting. In that situation I would have shot them suspect with that many rounds or more.

Didn't know some of you took an axe to the face/body before. It wasn't too painful, was it?

Great Southern boy logic!!! Fuck him!!! Hell, I kinda chuckled at it. Crooks dont have rights, he had his chance. If he was "disturbed" sad. But we cull all non-potential bucks at my club.. Bring it....

The point crazylegs is making is his own perception and opinion.

In deadly force situations, cops can have perceptions and opinions...the cops perception and opinion in this deadly force situation is that his partner is about to be smashed in the face with a crowbar. So he shot him.

In dealing with deadly force situations, the investigation isn't done with hindsight or what could the officer have done instead. The courts look at the totality of the circumstances. What's the totality here?

    Refer to my above post.

Yeah. Didn't help the county that swat never found what they were looking for in the house. Needless to say they are getting the shit sued out of them.

The guy was 25 and was home sleeping after just getting back working graveyard shift at the mine. Had his wife and baby girl in the house with him too when swat fired seventy some rounds at him.

His a r was still on safety too when he realized it was swat it was
    Already to late.

    Two tours in Iraq too.

Strange how that works. If he was, as you said, "Of Color", it will be called a hate killing, I'm sure.
