Thanks to @WrecklessAbandon for offering the Passed Around Pro Exhaust. It seems to be making a performance difference and the sound was great with the classic axle dump and an even better exhaust note with @Buttskevin21 's excellent welding for the pre-axle dump.

    Thanks again!

Sorry! I believe everything including the 3in hole saw bit was sub-$100 though. @msgs350 found a similar one that appears to be 2in diameter? A/C, USB A, and USB C, I think?

I was going back and forth on it for a long while. Certainly didn't want to go with KTJO 4x4 :puke: . I had the outlet in hand for about a year.

The outlet hole was pretty easy as there was only one spot that it could go and the inner side of that panel sort of guided it in.

I still cannot fathom why there would even need to be a 100w / 400w split in the system with driving versus idling. 100w / 0.83A is worthless.

The thing that really threw me was that the back half of the console lifts off after you remove the two fasteners inside. It took me a while to understand that and makes it 10x easier.

    Why measure? LoL!

@WrecklessAbandon upgraded his fridge and gave me a great deal on the ARB 37 that he had. Thanks!

I used the Dometic power panel, but erred as I 'thought' there was more room to the fuel filler. The extraneous hole was patched. The two port panel now gives me a slightly easier source for the Mood Lighting in the Softopper. Hahaha!

Backside sealing. I also hit the Dometic panel with Derp and dielectric before installation just in case:

The ARB app is pretty sweet even for the Series I fridges, IMHO.

    Thanks, @Bertw192 !

To fit the fridge with my Plano storage case and easy access to beers, I added a tie down between them. This time, I measured a bit better.

After this, I installed the plate from another tie down as reinforcement:

Maybe I’m missing something, but why did you put power on the drivers side and mount the fridge on the passenger side?

    And, because, well, you know.

Thanks, @msgs350 , @WrecklessAbandon , and @Bertw192 ! Looking forward to some good use of this.

Yes, I have issues. 0.75in thick plate looks good in black and just dwarfs the Toyota Tow Hook. I will post that up in the BST section.
    PXL_20220614_234527810.NIGHT.jpg

The Recovery Point didn't come with the Fastener Kit, so McMaster-Carr came through, but it is a beyotch to kludge the installation. Of note, the upper side fasteners, esp the front one, work mainly as pins. The instructions note an M12 x 18mm OD x 60mm Spacer. The actual frame thickness for it to fully grab is a MM or two thicker. I used M12 x 19mm spacers, which were easy to accommodate with a 3/4in stepped bit.

I had to adjust the PS cooler lines just a bit for the rear side fastener. And, I still need to pickup one more for the lower outside location. McMaster-Carr didn't sell single fasters in the M12 x 1.25 x 60mm size.

    A few goofy reasons:
-- Due to the Taco Lean, I typically put permanent / semi-permanent weight on the right side.
-- I don't think the Dometic harness (nice 20ft of 6ga) would have reached the right, rear side. With the storage case, the front, right is pretty inaccessible.
-- The Mood Lighting pigtail and my typical sleeping location is on the left side.
-- I had already 'modded' the rear corner with my only sticker.:rofl:
-- The DC cord reaches the fridge with plenty of slack, even with the Pakayak loaded.

    Thanks!

It is nice having DC power in the bed. The fridge draws so little. The longest that I have let it sit was two days, but I feel pretty confident with long idle periods.

@kmorgan3 's 400w harness works great also on the AC side, but having non-key power is nice for the fridge and mood lighting. Haha!
