Tonneau cover placed wrongly

    My name is Ben,a new member of this forum.Please can anyone help with this issue.I removed the tonneau cover as it was an obstacle with what I wanted to load up into my truck.I tried to put it back but put it the wrong way and it’s latched and I’m not able to remove.Any suggestions

    Have you tried to have someone help? By pushing down on yhe side that won't release, while you pull release handle. Don't pull to hard, it heard of others breaking handle, and/ or other parts.

    If the cover is on backwards, it sounds like you are using the release handles backwards. Probably need to push them, instead of pulling. You probably also need someone to push down the cover at the clip points in order to get it to release.

    You need to provide a proper picture of the tonneau cover as it is currently installed on the truck. If it is truly installed backwards you will probably need to crawl under it and release the section at the cab end first. But again, you need to provide pictures. And you need to take that stupid bull loaney bar off of there before it wrecks your truck. A small bump and the top end of it crashes into your hood and headlights and grille.
