I have that cover too and it has been great so far - no problems at all. I've only had it on a few months but it keeps everything dry in light or moderate rain. A little water did get in at the car wash near at the front of the bed, but otherwise it has kept the bed dry. Install was quick and easy. It's pretty basic put feels like good quality for a soft/roll-up cover.

I installed an Access Limited last weekend, and I'm very pleased. Easy install after checking YouTube a couple of times. I like that the stock bed rails and cleats remain functional.

Went with the Limited because I like the little extra space underneath vs one of the lower profile models. It's easy to pop open and roll up with one hand, and virtually entire bed is available once it's open. Haven't had it long enough to gauge water tightness but I don't see a lot of daylight from inside the bed.

I haven't installed the Trailseal tailgate seal yet because it's about 15 degrees inside my garage and I worry it won't adhere properly. The Limited came with a nice little cargo grabber too...so my old bones don't have to go climbing up in the bed all the time:)

    Ordered from Truckalterations.com. Happy customer!

Did the seller give you the rails? Or did you buy them on the side?

I used the link for Tacomaworld pricing and selected the 05+ Tacoma one. But you're right...there isn't one specifically for 16+ on their website.

    http://www.truckalterations.com/html/tacomaworld.html

The first couple of steps are different for 16+ (rail installation), and there is a supplemental instruction manual included.

Be warned that the Retrax covers are poorly adapted to fit in the 3rd gens due to the can not sitting low enough in the bed. Their solution was nearly an inch of poorly applied weatherstripping foam. Pretty absurd. Needless to say it went back, a real pain in the ass but at least autoanything.com was good about it. Retrax tried to hit me with a 10% restocking fee, I told them that was not going to be acceptable.

No, I want a roller but not a lot of great options, hoping the Pace Edwards one gets modified to work.

Pace Edwards bedlocker (electric) works great.

Quick and easy installation using the factory bed rail. It can be removed fast. Solid material. Keeps rain out pretty well. Built in LED lights on the last tri fold on the tailgate end.

I got what I considered to be a good deal from a local shop on a Leer Trilogy X2T. They wanted $200 to install it though, so I did it myself. The instructions weren't great, but the installation itself was pretty straightforward. All in all, it took me about two hours, but a lot of that was adjusting one of the striker plates that didn't want to play nice for some reason. Now that I have it adjusted, it locks in easily all around.

I'm impressed with the build quality and I think it looks great on the truck. Even though it installs into the rails, the factory tie downs do still work, which was a nice surprise. I can see a bit of light coming through in the corners near the cab, so we'll see how much water comes in, if any. They did include some additional weather stripping that I didn't see mentioned in the instructions, so it's possible that it's supposed to go there.

Looks real nice man! Grandfather always had Leer products on his trucks back in the day and I know he thought highly of the company.

Yeah that installer tried sticking it to you. I'm in southeastern Illinois and $75.00 installed is the norm.

The dealer knocked off $20 when I said I'd install my Access myself. Glad I did cause I added a couple extra washers under the rails to get them level. Dealer wouldn't have done that.
