tonneau cover with bed rack?

Are there any tonneau covers out there that you can put a bed rack going over the tonneau cover? I have the rough country tri fold and I would like to have a small rack to go over it for extra camping supplies.

There was a recent mod thread on the Diamondback cover where they were able to get a RTT installed above it, and still be able to open one of the lids.

@fegerfan2525 - Hey, there is a post on this site (I just joined it) asking about opinions on the Rough Country tri-fold. Do you have the hard one? How does it fit, what's the quality of it so far, leaks?, etc. I am shopping around and this is one I am considering. Thanks!
