I had undercovers trifold and it leaked and fit poorly. The Elite is so much better in every way.

If you mean Tyger brand, I have had their tri-fold tonneau for 3 months and couldn't be happier. In terms of value its pretty hard to beat. Couple ounces may get through through after a heavy downpour. Seems plenty sturdy although I couldn't attest to how much snow it might handle as we rarely get any where I live.

I would recommend Yankee Custom (Nashua NH) to avoid sales tax, they have multiple shops. I have a 2017 Tacoma limited with a 5 foot bed, and had the OEM tri-fold cover and would not recommend it up here in New England. The dealer took it back because it leaked really bad. I replaced it with a cap at Yankee Custom. They sell multiple types of tonneau covers and caps and all kinds of stuff for your truck. Good Luck.

Here's the different one. Also shown is the $1.50 bolt that they want $88 for does through the cover.

At first I didn't believe it. Figured there had to be something else to it.

Does the Encore block the use of the bed rails? I have the cargo divider and would like to be able to still use it towards the front to essentially make a large box but I'm afraid it's not going to fit.

It repositions the rail lower in the bed. Not sure if this would keep you from using the divider. I have never seen the divider.

yeah it drops the rail like 1½ or maybe 2". if your divider's bottom sits flush with the floor with the OE rail mount height then it won't work, the rail would sit too low. you can use other solutions to work with the Encore.
