Tonneau covers

On 2/11 /19 i ordered a tonneau cover from Tonneau covers world.com as of 2/26/19 still dont have so i called the customer service told them the problem , he explained the problem they was having . I had told him so what can we do about my cover , said ill call you back . About 15 minutes later he did call back to apologized for the mix up an took a few dollars off the price witch was cheapest i found around . The best part of this whole mess was the owner him self called me back to apologized . To me that is good customer service . This is the reason i am posting this , if you are looking for a Tonneau i would give them a call good price an good customer service . i will up date the post on the condition of the cover when it comes an the quality of the cover BAKFLIP MX4

 

Thank you for writing this! I'm looking into getting a tonneau cover and came across their site. I did notice they had better prices and I'm glad to hear they provide great service. I'll definitely be making my future purchase with them
