Tonneau tri-fold without sacrificing bed rails?

    Good to know. Security is important to me. I want it to be difficult enough to break past it that it wouldn't be worth someone's time. This steers me away from the soft tops.

    I did search about the hard covers but unfortunately not all of the manufacturers are up front about whether or not they work with the rail system. It would be pretty lame to have to ditch the rails completely to add a top I'll only use half the year.

    i just picked up an "extang solid fold" for $50, yes $50! had to pay $10 for the missing parts though, lol. it takes 1 min to put on or take it off and you can use your bed rails to attach it. it's built super strong but they are pretty pricey to buy new.

    The G4 and Solid Fold were my two finalists as well. I went with Extang due to speed/ease of installation, as well as good security. The G4 security was better, but seemed more difficult to deal with as I sometimes have to remove the cover.
