I researched this stuff a lot when I was considering a ford 9" and it was mostly all crawler guys with the experience.
I still suggest trying a t100 mc and dual diaphragm t100 booster. Worst case...just return the MC if it sucks worse.

The t100 booster isn't much different than mine, if really at all.

I'll keep the MC in mind but apparently I've got ports backwards so... I'm gonna flop those around, re-bleed and see what's up.

Yeah I've seen that, I can lock up the rears no problem, a proportioning valve would help there if I could get the fronts to do anything.

For disc brakes a 2lb residual valve is really only needed if your master cylinder is lower than your calipers lol

the 10lb could be good for drums but it just helps you to apply them faster as theres less slack to take up

Apparently GM MCs are a little different. Big reservoir to front brakes and little reservoir to the rears. Not really sure why they made it that way but... little port to front brakes and big port to rear... no idea...

    Anyway, no difference.

Going to need to see what kind of vacuum I'm building and then I think I need to maybe look into having the rotors turned, getting new pads, and new calipers. Why fight it.

    New vacuum pump is 300$
    Vanes are like 25$
I know the bore is scored. Gonna take a hone to it, throw some new vanes in it and see what happens I guess. Well depending on what kind of vacuum I'm pulling.

Did you run new vacuum lines or did you end up re-using some? Could be you are losing vacuum from an old dry rotted one. If you are gonna check the vacuum good time to plumb in a permant gauge in the rig :D

Can't wait to see it this bad boy flexed out on the trails.

Well done. Sadly, my cruiser will never flex like that.
