    it's going to be interesting for sure. i'm still on the fence about 35's or stick with 33's. 35's are badass but 33's get me where i want to go too. after going back an forth for a while between 4.88 and 5.29's i got a chance to take a minute and punch in some numbers with scotty at addicted offroad. that proved to be very helpful in my decision. may be the right choice if i ever bite the bullet and go 35's, might be the wrong choice for 33's, but i'm pretty confident given the help and info i got from scotty. we shall see.

    I totally hear what you are saying. As we get heavier and heavier and go with larger and larger tires, it really fucks with the way the truck performs.

    But, I can tell you that 4.88s have been the perfect choice (on so many levels) for my situation. Having said that, If I were to ever go with 35s (doubtful), 4.88s may not be adequate.

    I hope it turns out well for you. I will be very curious on the outcome.

    i agree with this completely. weight was a big factor in my decision too.

    i'm pulling the diffs tomorrow and dropping them off on monday so i should have the truck up in running by next weekend at the latest. i'll try and get some initial feedback up by then...... until then i'll be driving a dodge diesel rollin' coal like the cool kids :rolleyes:
