I have more than 5 days but still have shit to do too, maybe more than I can get done with the time that I have. Don't know that I will even try to get the winch in because SE forgot to ship me the front connect kit, only got me the rear :( still have maintenance to do though and have to build something to hold my quick fists...

I keep forgetting to ask you, why did it take so long to get the winch wired in?

mostly just acquiring the right parts (wire size/ connections). other than that it was just time consuming to relocate the solenoid and make sure everything was correct.

i don't think it would be that bad with yours since you just need to get longer power leads correct?

Well I have the long (rear) setup already, the front one did not show up with the rear so I am trying to get ahold of Sierra expeditions to see what's going on with that. The rear does require a power switch to be placed in the cab so that will be a new thing for me. I don't even have the winch plate built or the reinforcement on the front bumper yet :embarrassed:

yeah, wiring the switch will take a little time but shouldn't be bad. i doubt you will need the winch for moab though.

    i mean..... i have a new strap that needs a good break-in :D

made progress on the bed rack. not completely done but pretty close. just needs some cross bars and uprights for the hi lift/shovel and what not.

yeah. still pretty new as an event. were calling it an "elaborate gathering" i think because of legal reasons with an event getting too large. i've run most of the trails on the dirt bike every year but this will be my first time with a good group of trucks. sucks you can't make it man. there is always next year.
