    I just de-badged my 2013 (Arizona sun!) truck the other week. No color differences noted after badge removal. I did have to use polishing compound the get rid of the outline of the lettering that the adhesive left though. Goo gone got most of it.

    Also, if you live in a hot enough area, all you have to do is leave your truck in the sun for about 30 minutes. That was all it took for me, the fishing line went through it like butter. A word of caution though, my tail gate adhesive was made of a different material then the side badges and took a bit more oomph to get off. (The side emblem adhesive was more of a silly puddy/ gummy material that you could roll off with your thumb, where as the tail gate adhesive was like a soft foam with glue :/)

    Thanks guys, I will work on yanking the decals off this weekend hopefully. Depends on how long my new stereo takes.
