Hey guys, long time lurker on the forums here needing some advice. I've done a lot of research and found very different measurements as to how much lift you can get with different OME combinations. But anyways, here's my problem: 2010 4 cylinder access cab with 884's and 1/2 top plate spacer, center of hub to fender= 23 3/4" driver and passenger. Now I know stock height varies from 20-20.5 so this would mean I've gotten too much lift from what I've read but I've also found that some people have the same measurements as me or close to at 3 1/2". So I'm ready to take out the top spacer and expecting, from what I've read, to lose 3/4 to an inch in lift. Should I take off the spacer and see how it is or should I get the 1/4" spacer and try that out first? I don't want to pay for more then one alignment afterwards. And if I'd end up with 23 1/4" using a 1/4" top spacer, would that be acceptable? Would a half inch better my cv angles? I don't want to damage anything or use any parts faster then I should be and at the same time would rather not lose as much lift as possible. Thx

Post pics of your assembly first but reducing the lift would be beneficial , whether you add the 1/4" spacers really depends on how much height you want to retain

Ok, I just want to be as close to 3" as possible without negative effects but I will most likely just go without the top plate spacers. Forgot to mention I have the trim packer on the driver's side.

First 2 pics are driver side, 2 next ones passengers and a wheel well pic with 31.7" tires.

Just to conclude this thread, I removed the 1/2" top plate and center hub to fender went from 23 3/4" both sides to 23" both sides. So 884x coils gave my 4 cylinder access cab a 3" lift without top plates.
