    That's what I thought but this was just a plain ol' aerial antenna. Stuck through the roof with gobs of caulking around it. No signage on it with personal plates. Just found it to be quite funny.

    He is tracking some thing, from the looks of the yagi it's in the 2 meter ham band. Or he's just a ham nerd with a high gain antenna.
