Good luck with finding USA craftsman tools these days...at least my newer Snap-On tools are made in Taiwan and not Chine lol

I can go to Sears and show you a whole isle of USA made Craftsman. Lets not jump to conclusions because of their lower quality Evolv tool line.

Those screwdrivers say made in Switzerland although it's probably more a question of what they ate rather than where they are from

Agreed, Never underestimate the quality of taiwanese-made tools. they have been at the forefront of imported quality, thanks in large part to american consumerism, for some time. just sayin............:)

Yeah it's been in the dark tool box drawer so no chance of uv damage. Good thinking though.

I must say I am biased since over half of my hand tools are USA made Craftsman. I found this old rusted 1/2 rachet of my dads in our basement that didn't work. Walk into sears and get a refurbished one as a replacement no hassle. And if you break a socket, show it to them and they will go grab one off of the shelf free.

I have never broken a Craftsman socket, only a no name socket made in Taiwan. I hate Asian hand tools.

It's also survived 3 Canadian winters outside so not a big chance of bacteria either.
