    4.56 gears, rear trutrac,DT header, 235/85r16 Duratracs, 2nd filter pulled, inter.wipers, Cruise control, Factory alum. whls/winter tires(2nd set), Afe pro Dry-S , Dumbo eared flaps cut down.
    In the old speed density programing a bigger throttle body worked. With the mass air flow systems now, I suspect the bigger TBI might have issues. Still, I'd rather see what happens.

    I did a quick run of some numbers, my old Dakota w a 5.2L had a throttle body at 3925 mm square , while the 61mm for the 2.7L shows just over 3000mm square. I have no actual flow rates however. When you said 61mm body, it struck me as being larger than needed for its application.

    I've been running a larger Corolla 1.8 1ZZ throttle body on my 2012 1.5 1NZ Yaris for almost a year now, with no issues other than a higher non adjustable factory preset butterfly cold idle that drops down quickly.

    I'm running a 55mm bore diameter throttle body on my little 1.5. ;)

    Ok, No one could expect everyone here to read everything I wrote, so I'll repeat what I had previously stated earlier in this thread...

    I broke off the plastic end of the camshaft position actuator when I was removing the intake manifold, and have a new one on order which should arrive in just a couple more days. I got a used one from the junk yard so that I could keep using the truck for work, but the junk yard part is NOT the same as the original one even though the truck runs ok with it

    I don't want to dyno the engine with any other variables except just the tooter spacer alone as being the only change. I want to see the dyno results just like everyone else does, but I'm only going to do this the right way. I'm not going to do this in a rushed halfassed way and chance getting inaccurate results.

    I knew about the broken cap.. thought you already picked up a replacement.
    Didn't the dealer have it in stock? Check with Carson Toyota. They are corporate owned and are generally pretty good.
    The parts warehouse is only about 5 miles from me, so unless they are backordered, you should have been able to have gotten one by now.

    Nope. No one does.

    I already had a local Toyota dealership to a nation wide search and there is not one of them in any Toyota parts distribution warehouse anywhere in the United States.

    The dealer was $40 more, and said that it would take three weeks for them to get the part...

    ...so I ordered one online. It's coming from Japan, and I should have it by this Monday or Tuesday. Which makes a turn around time of only one week to get a part from half way around the world. I think that's pretty darn fast. :)

    Ya, that's quick and drop-shipping is a big plus.

    It's always bugged me when I've ordered from the typical dealers that sell online (Titus-Will, Dallas, Camelback), and I have to wait for the parts to arrive there before they can ship them to me... then I get the parts and there's an ONT origin label on the box.

    Instead of a Toyota dealership, I went to a Toyota dealer who is also one of the largest internet parts sellers, so they are constantly receiving a flow of ordered parts instead of one shipment every three weeks. The results are great. :)
