    My pleasure... :)
Right now I have two left with four more being machined. And that will likely be the end of their production as I'm starting another project, an intake manifold spacer for the Toyota Yaris.

We'll have to convince you in the future to make a few more .. I'm saving for one but it might be a few months before I can do it!

Keep thinking of ways to improve these trucks!.. and bikes!

Happy to hear that, Marco. :)

This is a good opportunity to mention that if anyone feels that the results they get are not worth what they paid, please don't hesitate to return the spacer undamaged and I'll be happy to promptly refund your purchase price in full.

    Can't complain. :)
A few more sales and I recover my R&D costs to reuse them on the next project. The sales on this product have just about run their course. Then its on to the next... an intake manifold spacer for the Toyota Yaris. :)

Nice! If you're doing requests, screw the Yaris motor and do the 2.5L 2AR-FE motor in the Camry.. (and my Scion) haha

Also, Dyno's for my little project are on Dec.10th :spy:

I'd like to explore other possibilities, except I'm limited in that I can only do these kinds of projects if I own the actual vehicle so that there's unlimited access for design, fitment, dyno testing, and driving. However, I did look into the feasibility of installing the tooter Yaris intake manifold in Scions since they share the same 2NZ FE engine...

...but the Scion engine bays are generally too short to accommodate the long twisting runners.

Good luck with your runs. I hope you get good numbers! :)

Haha yea you should see some of the engine bays with turbos for scions, just packed right full. But I like my little car, it's got just enough balls to be fun and sporty.

Also thats a sweet looking header

While it looks like an exhaust header because the design is similar. It's actually a Toyota Corolla intake manifold that I adapted to fit my Yaris. ;)

It's a very unusual intake manifold design in that all of the runners are directly in line with the axis of the throttle body bore, and there is almost no plenum.

    Not likely, Jeff...;)

Yaris's are hardly high performance cars, however they're extremely reliable and get really great gas mileage.

A bone stock Yaris on average makes 91hp at the wheels on the dyno. My stock engine with only peripheral bolt on parts (ram intake, throttle body, intake manifold, axle back exhaust) makes 111hp at the wheels on the dyno, for a horsepower increase of 22% which isn't all that bad.

After seeing what the spacer did for my Tacoma, I now know that a spacer will help with the peak torque on the Yaris too.

Right now there are two spacers left in stock.
