If it hasn't been done, I would do the following this weekend - if it were my truck: Flush coolant; replace radiator hoses; replace serpentine belt; replace thermostat; replace pulley bearings; replace ATF filter; flush ATF; replace gear oil all around; replace plugs with Iridiums; replace oil & oil filter with full synthetic. That's 11 things.

Carefully inspect the following and replace accordingly: brake fluid, PS fluid, air & cabin filter, u-joints, carrier bearing, brake pad/rotor wear, front wheel bearings, ball joints, LCA bushings. Also, do a battery load test as well as a load test on your charging system. All the how-to's you need you will find in the Mods & Tutorials drop-down.

Consider doing the reverse light mod and the tailgate security mod. Look up Cheap Tacoma Mods for other helpful hints.

I don't think you need a list of things. Just replace things as they break or wear out. Change the oil regularly (intervals will differ for everyone) I'm going on 9-10k mile intervals as recommended by Blackstone https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...y-a-build-journal.125201/page-7#post-15431989
. My truck is at 101k and no problems. I've only changed the trans, diff fluid and plugs once.
    Don't over-maintain it. It's a waste of time and money ;)
