    Doc says x-ray was fine. But since my shoulder has started drooping, hurtin more, I can't move it backward close to my side or down, and now I have a muscle lump thing I'm going back thursday. Wish me luck, yall have no idea how much I want this shit to get better

    Good luck, shoulder injuries are horrible. :(

    I tore mine bodysurfing, was confined to a sling and nightly ice-downs for a month, and took about 4-5 months to get a full range of motion back. Just gotta work it back to normal slowly, with regular icings and ibuprofen if it gets bad.
    Hope it's not a tear! I used to be a pitcher... Until I dislocated both shoulders several times, and tore my right side...
