    None needed.
Buy the OR before Toyota figures out what boobs they were for offering the OR and the Sport for the same price. I like the Sport but there's nothing to a sport you couldn't easily add to the OR however, you can't easily add the OR features to the Sport. The OR has a softer ride with better suspension. I think the OR has a larger rear axle in addition to the other benefits, and when it comes time, the resale value (or sale ability)of the OR will be greater than the sport- period! There are far fewer OR's made.

What about resale value on a fully loaded sport vs a base OR? Which have same sticker prices. Currently what I'm debating. 4x4 DC sport with premium and tech pack versus base 4x4 DCOR.

OR will carry higher resale...more capability

At least they serve a purpose of holding up to offroad abuse better than painted flares vs. a hood scoop that does nothing at all but increase drag.

Oh, I agree in many respects. The black flares look ok on some colors (orange, blue), but I don't think they look that great on my preferred color (silver). I just wish there was a factory option so I could order the OR with the silver flares. I can stand the silly scoop, but not the black flares. Always something... :)

Easy enough to swap flares, these trucks are practically Lego kits. I also only like the black flares on certain colors.

I think the LSD in the Sport is better for street driving, and for most people makes more sense than a locker.

People just have to buy what makes the most sense for them.

Believe the most correct term is "modular" :D

The FJ will out wheel the Tacoma if you have the locker. I have had both and the FJ was a monster wheeling.

For sure. The FJ has better approach, departure, and break angles due to shorter front/rear overhangs and wheelbase. The Tacoma is still a truck afterall :)
