Good luck, I had my left knee replaced at 48 it's been 9 years . You need lots of ice and good rehab. What part of the world do you live in and do you have a good surgeon?

Lol, thank you for your service.

I fractured the left tib at some point and the genius staff at lost in the woods gave me ibuprofen for weeks. Then came the xrays and results. Too late for anything besides......ibuprofen lol.
Fuckers, i still ran my ass off.

From my friends mom who used it on painful scar tissue from a double mastectomy, to relieving chrons disease within a couple minutes, to veterans keeping their PTSD at bay.. there are thousands of applications for CBD in all mammals. We've also used it in pets with cancer to help them live a happier pain free existence until their day comes..

I highly recommend giving it a try. And although I am part owner in the company I shared with you, any CBD will work. Your local vape shop probably has some on their shelf right now.

I have torn the meniscus in both my knees. Unless it is an unusual tear or your an athlete, the Ortho will trim the meniscus. The recovery is from the incisions from the scoping of the knee, not the actual trimming. I didn't do PT since I didn't see much benefit in it. Both surgeries I had done the Friday before Thanksgiving week and then just took the whole week off.

I've had this , very easy. Listen to surgeon. Do pt and work it out as often as the pt says...I did more and got better faster . Just do the things your supposed to do. It's a super easy recovery.

I've had 4 of them done on my knee over a 2 year period but the knee was so damaged from loss of meniscus and cortisone injection damage the only option was knee replacement

I had a pcl reconstruction from a cadaver back in 94. In the last 4 years I have had two meniscus tears repaired. Walked out of both surgery's iced for two days and back to regular activities in a week. Good luck with yours.

No problem. Your doc will go over everything. Really high rate of total recovery. If your going to
You will do great. Your a runner so you already have the drive .

Had the meniscus removed from my right knee when I was 17...in 1972. That was before orthoscopic so they opened my knee with a horizontal incision and took it out. Was bone on bone after that. At a physical in 1991 I mentioned that I had some mild knee pain so the Dr had an x-ray shot of the knee. He told me I had advanced arthritis and wanted to medically discharge me from the Army - that I was 5 to 7 years away from a knee replacement. I convinced him that if I branch transferred to a non-combat arms, I wouldn't have to run as much - I was an artillery Major with 7th Infantry Division. 2 weeks later I pinned on Intel brass, grabbed my rucksack and moved to the Division Staff...and kept running. I retired from the Army 1 January 2004 and I'm now 62...and I still have my original knee. I don't run any more...unless I have to...and have some mild joint pain from time to time but nothing a little Advil doesn't put in check.
