    Ya, tornadoes and earthquakes are two peas in a pod when it comes to news coverage.

    After Northridge, which shook the hell out of us but no damage, and we're more than 50 miles from the epicenter, I was getting calls and emails (Fidonet) from friends all over the country worried about us.

    New stations were showing different angles of the two major structure collapses plus the freeway overpasses that fell and gave everyone the impression that California was sliding into the ocean.

    that track cant e for all of the tornadoes ever recorded, they must be for notable ones or a certain strength. huricanes alone spawn off hundreds of tornadoes florida would be completely blue in that picture

    yeah i dont think they record the ones during a huricane. it would be hard to determine what damage the huricane did and what damage the tornado did.
