Hey all in a couple days i'm gonna put on bilstean 4600's on the rear of my 01 prerunner and was wondering if the 2 bolts holding the shock in place have a specific torque they need to be tightened to. Also, should I use a thread locker or is that overkill?

While they do technically have a torque spec (above), and I do own a torque wrench, I've never used it on the shock bolts.

I didn't use thread lock either.

I think the technical term is "good'n'tight"
