I have a 2011 Tacoma with the 4 cylinder engine 2.7L and would like to know the torque specifications from the shop manual for: 1) spark plugs and 2) drivetrain joints

spark plugs are 15 ft lbs, check this thread:

there is a PDF file that tells you all the torque specs for the drive train components.
