Is it bad that I thought the exact same thing?

No I want to stay in, hang around the house, and go to bed early tonight.

Yes sir, as well as anyone else from Pearland who is going.

I need to know for sure or else I'm not going to get the pallets. I don't want a bunch of pallets sitting in my backyard or garage.

Pallets leave nails. Why don't y'all buy firewood?

I only burn pallets with nails in designated fire pits with clear barriers. if sticks camping, gotta pull the nails first. I don't buy firewood in an apartment because I have nowhere to keep it, and don't want to pay $5 for 3 small pieces of wood at the grocery store.

Well, if this place is like Shiloh Ridge, there aren't designated fire rings and a good hard rain would wash out the fire areas leaving stuff that rednecks leave behind suchs as broken glass and nails. Not saying anybody here is a redneck, but if I'm drunk I won't be pulling no nails from pallets to make a bigger fire to jump over.

Pool together and buy some wood from a firewood place and have good wood for the weekend, instead of breathing in smoke from chemically treated pallet wood.

Then again, I'm not camping. Might have a Jeep and Ford coming along with me. Not sure yet.

Homebrew bumpers and sliders, 5100s & Eibachs up front and mutt leaf pack out back, 285s & Wheelers type B, sway bar deleted. Wife's ride: 01 4Runner 4wd sport. Stock with exception of TRD taco coils, and shift kit.
They don't have any fire rings the last time I was there a few months ago and I doubt they have any plans to get any. If I was camping I'd bring mine.

For those camping tonight, is there a designated camping spot to meet at? I have not been to TORR so I am not sure where everything is
