Well the offer is still available...! I am a man of my word... If there is anything you are interested in Chris your more than welcome to it! I really feel that no matter what I try to do to help people , their minds are already made up. I have the arms ready to ship and now due to whatever happened here many missed out on a golden opportunity. Just to let any one out there that cares I had spoke to Sonny and I asked to partner up on this particular deal to make sure I had all the logistics worked out. So that being said I cant do anymore than I have already and if my attempt to offer a great product at an amazing price isn't enough than maybe I should take a hint. I have tossed this situation around time and time again and it frustrates me to no end- its so easy to write words on a forum and not truly understand the impact it makes on a person, business or life for that matter. I have receive SO MUCH SH*T for this particular forum from so many angles that it looks like I have made a bad decision.

I will be the FIRST person to admit that the last week I was employed at Downsouth Motorsports I wasn't there 100% But if it wasn't for me being there for months and giving it 110% then it wouldn't be so noticeable! Look at the DSM Vendor Area! Look how's name is on there for awesome customer service! Look who answered all of your questions day after day on this particular forum and gained respect, friends and customers!

I have been in this industry for over 13 years and have worked for some of the biggest names like Explorer Pro-Comp, Rize Industries, Downsouth Motorsports, Eliminator Motorsports. I have been know as a stand up knowledgeable, personal sales associate who goes over and beyond to build re pour and relationships with my customers.

These unfortunate events that transpired over the last week were uncharacteristic and out of desperation! As we all know too well its extremely tough out there today, the unemployment rate is at record highs and I have build a lifestyle that has been built around my performance and pay. I have worked my way up from the absolute bottom sweeping floors at 4 Wheel Parts and progressed over the years to become what I have been told to be one of the best salesmen in San Diego! I pride myself with my ability to connect with my customers and provide knowledgeable educated advice to other enthusiasts like myself to help achieve there dream vehicles!

This industry is all that I know and all that have to show for myself, I refuse to let a small mistake like the ones I made last week bring my moral down! Again to all of you that feel wronged- I have offered what I feel is a generous offer to try and express my sincere apologies and try to move forward! If this issue is going to be the defining feature of my 13 year career then its time for me to throw in the towel! I took major heat to save TW Members money on a great product and so far I have done nothing but try to convince people of my intentions!

Basically I have these amazing TC kits and a 1 time price and if I have wasted my time and efforts to help save you money please let me know and I will leave this forum for good and give what sounds what allot of you want! All of this for a set of U-Bolts which I still have and paid out of pocket for- not to mention offered to give them away for free and some running boards! Im not perfect and I never will be but I guess in order to make anyone happy in this world perfect is all that is tolerable

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience,

    Jon Proctor

Stick around. In time people with positive experiences will speak up and balance everything out.

I see this on TTORA all the time -- the negative people are the only outspoken ones and once a mind is set it, for reasons unknown, won't be changed. This is the first time I've seen it here, so don't think think of it as a trend.

It's a tough economy and, for one reason or another, a tough and critical online market you're selling to. Stick with it if you can. I'd love to see another small business succeed!

Listen Jon, no hard feelings from me. You offered Chris the $100 and thatis doing what you said you would do and that's good enough for me. I had a bad experience with you but I'm sure you won't make that mistake again, right? Good luck to you.

fellas it is all about demand, and availability, if there is no competition for TC then they can charge what they want, also the demand, if there is not a high demand you can not make them in large quantities there fore you can not save money on materials and processing. Just a simple fact that there is not a large aftermarket support for our trucks yet but when the support increases products will reduce in price.

Unresponsiveness does not bode well. Has anyone received their parts?

Not necessarily stirring the pot here. I just want to see if my "give him a second chance" stance was misplaced.
