Total chaos gusseted spindles

Unmodified gussets can work with balljoints, but theirs no guarantee that you'd be able to get a cotter pin in, which I don't see as exceptable. So if I know that balljoint uca's are being used I make sure that they can be used properly.

 

Yeah I just need to know before you place your order. I generally keep regular gusseted spindles on the shelf ready to go, but can whip up a special set for anyone who needs them

 

Another set of spindles welded up last night and headed out to @Metallikatz3 today

 

Will these work with trd beadlock wheels? Also I have uniball uca but just thinking of resale going back to stock how much extra is it to modify them to run the stock uca?

 

You would want to run these with those wheels unless you are running wheel spacers.

I think you might be right. They always look better with a fresh coat of paint. Having a set of kings sitting next to them doesn't hurt either. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to build a set for your truck.

Are people having to remove their dust shield or cut up their dust shield for clearance when installing these?

 

Some choose to. I try to always include the tc instructions, they explain how to keep the shields. You can install the dust shield and make some minor adjustments to it to make it clear the rotor. I'm running mine and always reinstall them on the trucks I do the spindle installation on. It takes an extra 15 minutes or so, but I like having them.

 

Cool, I just spent about $100 on the dust shields for my 14WA 4Runner brake swap, I'd like to at least use them even if I have to trim them some

Yep. Two per spindle

 

Two more sets shipping out tomorrow.

 

One of these days when I need to rebuild my front end I will pull the trigger. Perhaps before I get new tires this fall, don't want to have to get more alignments than necessary.
