I officially claim the set that you currently have welded up and ready to go right now man! I'll call you tomorrow and forward you out payment and stuff via paypal after our conversation. Turn's out I am not going to LA after all, so I will be able to swap these on nearly immediately after I receive them. Just in time for my pending trip out to the Pismo sand dunes! :D

The provide more strength to the stock spindle, typically for people who have or prepping for Long Travel and have 4 wheel drive. This is far less expensive than buying a new boxed spindle.

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
How do you determine if the cores you work with are 100% straight and not bent?

Looking good @Evenflow looking forward to seeing the rear portion of your build

I recently built a jig from a known good set of spindles so I can test to confirm spindles are straight

You can do the gussets that don't retain the sway bar correct?

    Yes
Everyone uses the sway bar version because it is actually has more gusseting, the non sway bar version does not have the extra gusset out to the tie rod end.
