I have gusseted customer supplied first gen spindles, but don't do an exchange program with first gen's. Doing them would be a little more tricky as the I'd end up having to press out the old ball joints and install new ones as part of the process making it more expensive. If I find a few sets of cores I may look into doing more of them.

I made a quick update to the first post in this thread. Now that I have over a dozen sets of cores I am able to extend the amount of time buyers have to return their cores from 7 days to 30 days. Hopefully that will allow people to plan their builds a little better. Once I get some time I will completely rework the first post.

Good looking welds forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere in this thread but do I need a wheel with more offset or a spacer to install these or can I still run my stock wheels?

Thanks. The newest version gussets ( the ones that allow the swaybar) do require a more aggressive wheel or the use of spacers. The old style gussets don't need the aggressive wheel fitament.

I have the OEM OR wheels with Bora 0.75" wheel spacers. With this work with the newer version for swaybar?

That's a tough call. I believe they will. They definetly will if you run a 1.25 spacer. I'm positive that a 17 wheel with the the same back spacing and a .75 spacer will clear but the 16" is gonna be close. Are you running a swaybar?

For everyone's info, I generally keep atleast two sets of spindles (one set for each version of gussets) on my shelf welded up and ready to ship out within 24 hours of receiving payment. I try to keep no less than 5 sets of cores in stock.

Another set of spindles headed out.

I think it would clear but their are other variables involved like tire size etc., so I'd be prepared to run a 1.25 spacer if necessary.

It does not, but since it's just a dust shield it can generally be removed from your old spindles without damage and be reused. I probably have a few in good shape that I could instal if need be before sending the gusseted spindles out. Or if the buyer needs I can source new ones and install them at whatever my cost is on the parts.

I'm interested! Forgive me for asking a few questions you may have answered. I couldn't find the answer. Maybe updating the first post would be helpful to others.
    1. Are you making two versions? I would rather not need spacers with my stock wheels, and I do not use a swaybar. Is there a version that fits with this?
    2. What is your core charge?
    3. Are these compatible with Light Racing SPC upper control arms??

Thanks for your time, and your work!
