I just got finished with the LR upper control arm install. On the driver's side, remove the two 10mm bolts at the top of the fender well. Those hold the fuel lines in place. Once the nuts are removed, you will have enough play in the lines to move them aside and put the long bolt in backwards.

If I do 5100s with eibachs up front set at .85 and rear 2" aal will I need to go with the uca's at some point? Are the tc uca's better than the light racing ones from toytec? Thanks.

At .85" you shouldnt need any UCA's. THe LR UCA's and Total Chaos UCA's are different animals. THe TC's have a Uniball allowing for a little more travel, which is usefull with extended coil overs, while the LR's use a ball joint. For your aplicatin, the LR's would be just fine, if you wanted to get different UCA's.

Thanks Chris. Wanting to keep factory rake. Only have three leaves in rear. If I do eibachs and 5100s at .85 what aal should I get in rear? Thanks again Tacoma God.

I think you would want at least a 1.5" AAL

That would get you at least +2-1/2" in the front.

Apparently you have the non-TSB spring (2+1) 2 leaves, 1 overload.
I would go with the 2" AAL from ToyTec for non-TSB to keep the rake.

Generally they can't get your caster in spec without aftermarket UCA's.
If you're rig doesn't wander or bump-steer, then you beat the odds.

It should come with all bushings and hardware needed. You are talking about the uniball set up though right? It doesnt use a ball joint on top anymore and it will come with the uniball already pressed in
